If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the piece once it arrives then please email me straight away with an explanation as to why you wish to return it.  I can accept returns within 7 working days of it reaching you.  All returns must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Postage cannot be refunded and all refunds will have this deducted and the parcel is the customer's responsibility until it reaches me.  Please ask for proof of postage when posting. 

I take great care with my packing and packaging to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.  If in the unlikely event that this is not the case then please email me straight away with pictures of the damaged item - rebeccarobertsceramics@gmail.com  I will work with you to rectify the situation, either a refund or exchange.  Unfortunately, return postage costs cannot be covered and the parcel is the customer's responsibility until it reaches me.  Again please ask for proof of postage when posting.  Thank you
