The important bits!
Please be as specific as you can with your stretches of coastlines, the more information I have the better if there are any issues with your choice or I am unsure of exactly where you mean I will email you to double-check, so please either add me to your email list or check your spam boxes periodically. A slight artistic license needs to be used occasionally to enable the coastline to join up and all items are a representation of the coastline and not to be used as a map!
Shipping and packaging
All work will be gift wrapped and then packed snugly into sturdy cardboard boxes, sometimes these might be re-purposed boxes and packaging, I feel that there is far too much waste being produced in the general packaging of the items we buy and I am trying not to add to it. I believe that at the end of the day, it is what is inside the packaging that is far more exciting than the box it comes in!
All personalised items take between 3-4 weeks to make, dry and twice fire and I will be using Royal Mail 1st class signed for to post them out to you. If for any reason there is a delay for any reason then I will email you directly to explain.
Returns and Refunds
I really hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Rebecca Roberts Ceramics. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the piece once it arrives then please email me straight away with an explanation as to why you wish to return it. I can accept returns within 7 working days of it reaching you. Please wait for my response before sending an item back. All returns must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Postage cannot be refunded and all refunds will have this deducted and the parcel is the customer's responsibility until it reaches me. Please ask for proof of postage when posting.
I take great care with my packing and packaging to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that this is not the case then please email me straight away with pictures of the damaged item at email@example.com I will work with you to rectify the situation, either a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, return postage costs cannot be covered and the parcel is the customer's responsibility until it reaches me. Again please ask for proof of postage when posting. Thank you
